Lazy Daisy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. Crisco

Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar well.
Add vanilla and flour with baking powder and salt.
Then add milk and Crisco which have been brought to a boil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
Cover with the following
topping and slip under broiler until bubbly.
