Grandma Swedish Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 whole eggs
    2 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. whipping cream
    3/4 c. milk
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, yolks, cream and milk with mixer until well blended. Add dry ingredients and mix with wooden spoon until smooth.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Chill dough one hour.
    Roll out on floured board and cut with doughnut cutter. Fry in lard at 375\u00b0.
    Dough may be put through doughnut maker in which case, do not chill.
