Juicy Chicken Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix together hamburger (uncooked), water, salt and uncooked oatmeal.
Chill for 30 minutes.
After meat mixture is chilled, roll into balls.
Coat all sides of meatballs with flour.
Brown on all sides in a skillet with small amount of oil.
Add undiluted chicken soup to top of meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes, making sure balls don't stick to pan.
Keep soup scooped onto top of meatballs so they are seasoned well.
