Cheddar Cabbage Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. bottled chili sauce
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into 8 wedges, leaving a portion of the core. Steam wedges in boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Drain; remove core.
    Place wedges in a greased 3-quart dish.
    In medium saucepan, saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper and cook until bubbly.
    Gradually add milk; cook and stir until thickened. Pour over cabbage.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
