Nut Goodie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    2 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. dry regular vanilla pudding
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. margarine
    7 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla or maple flavoring
    1 lb. Spanish peanuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in double boiler over low heat.
    After melted, put 1/2 of mixture into a greased bun pan larger than 9 x 13-inch.
    Cool this in refrigerator until hard.
    Save the other 1/2 in double boiler for later (no heat now).
    Mix together dry regular vanilla pudding, evaporated milk and margarine.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Add powdered sugar.
    Mix and add vanilla or maple flavoring; stir until blended.
    Spread this over 1st layer.
    Mix Spanish peanuts in
    the mixture in double boiler and spread on top of 2nd layer.
    Store in refrigerator until used.
