Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. lasagna noodles
1/2 lb. Purnell's Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground round
1 Tbsp. basil leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 c. tomatoes, crushed
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced very thin
Preparation

Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Drain, rinse and set aside.
