Treasure Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice with herb seasoning
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 to 3 c. raw chicken breast (enough for 1 layer), cut in chunks
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook rice and broccoli as directed on package.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer rice, then chicken, then broccoli.
In another dish, mix water chestnuts, mushroom soup and mayonnaise. Spread over layered ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
