Tangy Zucchini Spears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small zucchini
    1 c. apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, honey, celery seed, mustard seed, turmeric and dry mustard.
    Boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour over zucchini.
    Cover and chill.
    Drain before serving.
    Serves 8.
