Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp. dried thyme, crushed
12 manicotti shells
2 eggs, beaten
2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars Hunt's salsa spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Brown ground beef well.
While browning, add onion, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper.
When beef is done, drain well. Add cheese and beaten eggs.
Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
Mixture will be very stiff and dry.
