Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, reserving syrup
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 large green pepper (bite-size)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In small saucepan over low heat, dissolve 2 tablespoons bouillon in water.
    In large bowl combine beef, crumbs, onions, bouillon, liquid and egg.
    Mix well and shape into 18 meatballs. In skillet brown meatballs and pour off fat.
