Beef Stroganoff(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. sirloin steak (1/2-inch thick)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup, drained
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Combine butter, onion and garlic in 1-quart casserole.
    Cook, covered, on full power for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Trim excess fat from meat.
    Cut meat into thin, bite-size strips.
    Add meat to casserole.
    Cook, covered, on full power for 3 minutes.
    Stir halfway through cooking time.
    Continue cooking on Cook Level 3 for 10 to 13 minutes or until meat is cooked.
