Breakfast Before Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
6 slices bread
1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
dash of Tabasco
Preparation

Spray or grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Trim crust off bread.
Break trimmed bread coarsely and line dish with it. Brown sausage and drain.
Layer sausage on top of bread.
Layer cheese on top of sausage.
Beat eggs with a fork.
Mix eggs with milk, mustard and dash of Tabasco.
Pour over top of casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, next morning at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Serves 10.
