Hash Brown Sausage Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. sour cream
    10 oz. (1 can) soup, condensed cream of chicken
    32 oz. (1 pkg.) cubed hash brown potatoes (frozen), thawed
    2 c. smoked sausage
    1 lb. processed cheese (Velveeta), cubed
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, melted
    4 oz. (1 c.) mozzarella cheese, shredded
    3 green pepper rings
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine sour cream and soup.
    Stir in hash brown potatoes, sausage, cheese and onion.
    Put mixture into a greased 3-quart baking dish.
    Toss together cornflake crumbs and melted margarine.
    Sprinkle mixture over top.
