Pumpkin Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans pumpkin
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cook over low heat until desired thickness is reached.
Stir constantly to prevent scorching.
Let cool.
Pour into sterilized jars and refrigerate. Good on homemade hot biscuits.
