1 1/2 lb. flank or round steak
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Trim off fat.
Semi-freeze meat and slice with grain, approximately 2 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
