Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except last 2.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Pour in mixture; spread evenly.
    Mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
