All-Natural Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. pepper
    1 small onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Trim off all fat from one round steak.
    Cut meat into thin strips and place in oblong pan.
    Combine the next 7 ingredients in a saucepan.
    Bring mixture to boil and simmer 10 minutes.
    Cool, pour liquid over meat through strainer.
    Let sit in refrigerator at least 8 hours.
    Remove marinated pieces and lay across a broiling pan.
    Put strips into cold oven and set the temperature at 125\u00b0.
    Dry meat in oven 10 to 12 hours.
    Store in a covered container.
