Chicken Elizabeth - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and split to make 8 pieces
    1 onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    3 oz. dry white Vermouth
    1 to 2 oz. Blue cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    dash of white pepper
    1/2 to 1 tsp. tarragon
    1/2 to 1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In electric blender, combine all ingredients and blend until creamy with semi-cooled pan juice.
    Drizzle over chicken, cover and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
