Cabbage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped cabbage
    1 c. julienne carrot sticks
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. Parkay margarine
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods, partially thawed and drained
    1/2 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
Preparation
    Stir-fry cabbage, carrots and onion in margarine until crisp-tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir over low heat until process cheese spread is melted.
    Serve over chow mein noodles or rice, if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
