Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. instant pudding
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 cans evaporated milk
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 qt. half and half
Preparation
    Add whole milk if necessary to fill freezer 3/4 full.
    Add all ingredients and freeze according to directions on ice cream maker. Makes 6 quarts.
