Easy Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    green food coloring (optional)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    horseradish (optional)
Preparation
    Chop cabbage up in food processor, very finely.
    Sprinkle sugar and salt over cabbage.
    Leave for 1 minute.
