Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. coarsely grated zucchini

Preparation

In mixer beat eggs until frothy.
Beat in sugar until thick and lemon colored.
Beat in oil and vanilla.
