Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil or 1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. ground carrots
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp. cloves, ground
Preparation
    Mix sugar, whole eggs and oil well. Sift dry ingredients into egg mixture. Add nuts and carrots. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until done. Makes 3 loaves.
