Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream shortening
and
sugar.
Add
eggs and beat well. Sift dry
ingredients together; add to creamed mixture, alternately with
bananas, blending well after each addition.
Stir in nuts. Pour
into well-greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
