Brown Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar, brown
2/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 rounding c. flour

Preparation

In measuring sugar, pack solidly in cup.
Combine sugar, butter and eggs well beaten.
Add flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt which have been mixed and sifted together, then vanilla. Roll this and shape with small cutter.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
