White Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Shoe Peg corn, drain
    2 oz. pimentos
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 sticks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix Shoe Peg corn, pimentos, green pepper, onion and celery together.
    Add sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Refrigerate.
    Will keep for 2 to 3 weeks.
