Holiday Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    1/4 c. golden raisins
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. sliced, unpeeled almonds
Preparation
    Cook carrots, covered, in 3 inches water.
    Drain; put in 1-quart baking dish.
    Add raisins, butter, honey, lemon juice and ginger.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Stir occasionally; sprinkle with almonds.
