Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    4 c. milk
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    12 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    4 slices bread
    6 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Slightly beat eggs.
    Add milk, salt, mustard, bread (tear into small pieces), grated Cheddar and onion. Add sausage to ingredients; mix together and pour into baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until center is firmly cooked. Stir lightly every 15 to 20 minutes.
    Do not stir after removal from oven.
