Ham Or Corned Beef Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. thin sliced ham or corned beef
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.
Tear ham or corned beef into small pieces into egg mixture.
Stir in cheese and onion.
Pour into greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish or an 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
This is easily doubled and baked in 2 dishes.
Serves 4 to 6.
