Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or regular margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked or canned apple slices
Preparation

Melt butter in a 2-quart casserole.
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in bowl.
Mix well.
Add milk and butter; blend well.
Pour batter into a 2-quart casserole. Drain apples; pile in center of batter.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until batter covers fruit and crust browns. Serve warm.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
