Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    little pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 can creamed corn
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine for top
Preparation
    In a large frypan cook onion in margarine until golden. Remove from
    heat.
    Quickly
    stir
    in
    flour.
    Add
    all other ingredients.
    Pour
    into
    greased bowl.
    Sprinkle more cracker crumbs on top.
    Dab with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes or until center seems done.
