Guilt-Free Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/3 c. thawed egg substitute
    4 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until combined.
    Gradually add egg substitute, beating well; set aside.
    Combine sour cream and baking soda; set aside.
    Combine flour and salt and, at low speed, add to sugar mixture alternately with sour cream mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Spoon batter into a 10-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 35 minutes or until wood pick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
    Yield: 24 servings.
