Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. fresh spinach, chopped
    2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine rice and cheese.
    Combine eggs, parsley and salt.
    Add the mixtures, and stir into the spinach.
    Pour into an oiled 1-quart casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs mixed with oil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
