Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pie shells
    1 lb. sausage
    mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    small amount chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain.
    Place in bottom of pie shell.
    Sprinkle some chopped onion over sausage.
    Top with thick layer of grated cheese.
    Mix together the eggs, milk and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Pour over sausage and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done (approximately 45 minutes).
