Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Put sauerkraut in colander to drain, then add celery, green pepper and onion.
    Mix well.
    Combine sugar, vinegar and oil. Pour over the kraut mixture.
    Let stand overnight.
