Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, cooked (save broth)
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked rice
8 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. half and half cream
2 c. chicken broth
2 small boxes Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Over low heat, mix butter, cream, chicken broth and cheese, stirring often.
Mix until all ingredients come together into a sauce.
In a casserole dish, put chicken and broccoli along the bottom.
Pour sauce over it, then add the rice to the sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
