Shrimp Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw shrimp
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. raw rice
    1 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop bell pepper and onion; then mix with soups, tomatoes, melted oleo, washed rice, salt and pepper.
    Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir in shrimp and then bake covered for approximately 1 hour until rice is well done.
