Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16.5 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. green pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Heat corn in milk; stir in beaten egg, cracker crumbs, green pepper, onions, salt and pepper.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
