Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar sauerkraut, well drained
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 to 2 c. celery
    1 green pepper (optional)
    1 small jar pimento (optional)
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bring the oil, vinegar and sugar to a boil and cool.
    Pour over the vegetables. Place it back into the large jar the sauerkraut came in and cover. Refrigerate 24 hours.
