1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. well drained, canned tomatoes
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Mix beef with salt and pepper; pat out in a 9-inch pie plate. Spread tomatoes over meat and sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake at 375\u00b0 for a good 20 minutes.
