Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 cans mushroom soup
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 c. water
    2 c. dry rice
    3 lb. fryer, cut up
Preparation
    Cook onion soup as directed on package.
    Mix with mushroom soup, soy sauce and water.
    In a greased roaster or casserole, place dry rice (long grain).
    Pour liquid mixture in.
    Add the cut up fryer on top.
    Cover; cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Remove cover the last 15 minutes to brown.
    Serves 10.
