Chicken, Shrimp And Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
    1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
    1 c. cubed cantaloupe or honeydew melon
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, rinsed and drained
    1 small banana
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
    For Salad:
    In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken or turkey, halved grapes, cubed cantaloupe or honeydew melon, water chestnuts and shrimp. Cover and chill for several hours.
