Goulash(60 People) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. ground beef
5 whole green peppers, diced
4 large onions, diced
5 lb. macaroni
8 tsp. salt
8 tsp. pepper
8 tsp. paprika
2 cans (107 oz.) crushed tomatoes
5 cans whole tomatoes
crumbled bacon (optional)
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Cook peppers and onions.
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water.
Add to meat when browned the salt, pepper and paprika.
Combine meat, green pepper and onions with tomatoes. Add bacon before serving.
