Coffee Can Butter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water containing the ginger and 1 tablespoon sugar.
    After 15 minutes, add the remaining ingredients.
    Put in 2 one pound coffee cans, well greased or one 2 pound coffee can.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 (2 cans for 45 minutes or 1 can for 60 minutes).
