Freezer Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. celery seed
5 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 large carrot, shredded
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
Preparation
-
In 2-quart pan, over high heat, bring first 4 ingredients to a boil (sugar, water, vinegar and celery seed).
Boil 1 minute. Cool to room temperature.
