Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. cocoa
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Boil for 2 minutes.
    Cool and add vanilla.
