Tuna Pie(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
    2 cans tuna
    1/2 c. oleo
    6 green onions, chopped
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    In 9-inch pie plate melt 1/2 cup oleo.
    Add tuna, thyme and bread crumbs. Mix well and press out in bottom and sides of pie plate.
    Mix together eggs, rice and onions.
    Spoon into tuna-lined pie plate.
    Cover with wax paper and cook 9 to 11 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn after 5 minutes. Garnish with tomato slices.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
