Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white corn kernels
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine corn, flour, salt and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs with milk and margarine.
    Turn into greased souffle dish or casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring 3 or 4 times in early stages of baking before mixture sets.
    Do not stir once mixture has set.
    Continue to bake until golden and puffy.
    Serves 4.
