Lemon-Raisin Scones - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/2 c. raisins
1 egg
1 container (8 oz.) lemon yogurt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Coat inside of 12 medium-sized muffin cups with nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and rind in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add raisins.
