Garlic-Sauted Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1 lb. firm tomatoes, cored and cut into chunks
    minced fresh chives
    freshly grated Asiago or Romano cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil over low heat.
    Add garlic, basil and tomatoes and saut over low-medium heat until just wilted, maybe about 2 1/2 minutes. Add Asiago and serve hot with grill chicken or pork chops.
